What's in the box

Not just visitor management. The billing, accounting, helpdesk and vendor work a committee spends its evenings on is here too.

For residents

Visitors

Pre-approve a guest and send them a passcode, or approve a walk-in from wherever you are. One-time, recurring, multi-day and group passes for a party.

Deliveries

Tell the guard to leave a parcel at the gate. It becomes a tracked item with a collection code, so it cannot be handed to the wrong person.

Daily help

Register your maid, cook or driver once. They get a gate code, and you get a notification when they arrive and leave, with monthly attendance.

Maintenance

See your bill broken into line items, pay by UPI or card, and keep every receipt in one place instead of a WhatsApp screenshot.

Complaints

Raise a plumbing or lift complaint with photos, watch it move through the queue, and rate the work when it is done.

Amenities

Book the clubhouse, gym or badminton court. Capacity limits and cancellation windows are enforced, and paid slots invoice automatically.

Listings

Recommend a maid or cook you trust, rent out or sell a flat, sell furniture or offer a service — in your name or on behalf of someone else, seen only by your society.

Pay your way

Scan the society's UPI QR, transfer to its bank account, or pay online. Paid in cash? Report it and the treasurer verifies it — the receipt follows.

Donations

Give to the temple fund or Diwali celebrations, get a receipt, and see where the money went.

Assistant

Ask "what do I owe?" or "is my guest approved?" and get the answer from your own records.

For guards

One screen per shift

Log a visitor, redeem a passcode, look up a number plate, see who is still inside, mark people out.

Blacklist checks

A blocked number or vehicle is refused before any record is written, with the reason on screen.

Patrolling

Scan QR checkpoints on the round. Missed checkpoints show up in the committee report rather than quietly disappearing.

Child safety

A minor cannot be let out of the gate unless a parent has permitted it. If someone tries, the flat is alerted.

Emergency

Raise an alert from the gate console. The committee is notified immediately and it stays open until acknowledged.

For the committee

Collections

Who has paid, who has not, and for how long. Send reminders to a defaulting flat in one click.

Accounting

A real chart of accounts with double-entry journals behind every receipt, GST and TDS on expenses, and a trial balance.

Helpdesk queue

Complaints by category with SLA breaches flagged, assignment to staff or an outside vendor, and resolution times.

Vendors and assets

Contracts, AMCs, and renewal dates surfaced before the lift stops rather than after.

Reports

Twelve reports covering gate traffic, collections, outstanding dues, expenses, patrolling, staff attendance and empty flats. Each exports to CSV.

Elections

Secret ballots where the tally stays hidden until voting closes, restricted to owners where the bye-laws require it.

Roles & access

Treasurer, secretary or a custom role: each committee member sees only the parts their role allows.

Online collections

Connect the society's own Razorpay account so maintenance lands in the society's bank, never ours.

Donations & event funds

A donations register with receipts, and event funds that show collected, spent and balance.

Residents & moves

Owners and tenants, move-in and move-out requests with dues checks and gate passes, ownership transfers.

AI assistant

Ask who hasn't paid, which complaints are past their deadline, or what came in this month — and act on it in one tap.

Being honest about what isn't here

A feature list that only lists wins isn't useful when you're evaluating something.

Hardware integrations are data models, not drivers

ANPR cameras, boom barriers, RFID and smart locks have endpoints ready, but connecting a specific device is integration work we'd do with you.

No offline mode for the guard app yet

A gate that loses connectivity currently loses the console. This is the next thing we're building, because it matters more than anything else on the list.

Masked calling needs a telephony provider

Resident numbers are masked in the directory, but connecting two people without revealing numbers requires a provider we haven't wired up.
